I just rang up to book a taxi to train station,, I have a chronic illness called fibromyalgia and today my pain levels are bad n my brain isn't working normal(its called fibro fog) first she said not taking bookings BUT THEN asked what time i wanted to book.. That confused my brain, straight up, then she hung up... So to make sure taxi was booked as I need to get train, I rang back to see if she booked it and said "I just rang to book a taxi n am just checking" she cut me off n said "yes I booked it for you even though your rude Caroline" and hung up on me.... NO IM NOT RUDE IM CHRONICALLY ILL,,,, BIG DIFFERENCE LADY.. All coz I couldn't get my words out properly!!!
