No care and no responsibility taken for damage caused from there negligence to our belongings.The old owner would not listen to us about the size of truck needed and he had to wait 8 hours for another one to turn up, he never even apologized for it. He has a real attitude. Even though we reported there lack of care and breakage they still wont abide by Australian Furniture Removalist Contracts negligence cause compensation. DO NOT USE W DICK REMOVALS

Really lovely reception, great quote, but thats where it ends. They didnt put the boxes in the rooms marked on the boxes, they put my kitchen boxes upside down in my office and most of that was smashed, they smashed one of the doors into the wall, putting a huge hole in the wall and said nothing!! They smashed my 6 month old smart Tv and the owners son said if they smashed it, they would replace it, but now will not talk to me, or even return a phone call! Everything at the Lithgow end was just dumped out of the truck as quick as possible. Out of everything, Id be happy if they just paid for the replacement of the tv screen, not replace a new tv! The cost would only be $150-$200??? They even requested I buy them beer, which I did, thinking that would be the nice/right thing to do. Bloody cheek! They just didnt care! Its not right the way they do business! So unhappy!
Moved from Broken Hill to Lithgow and the guys did an amazing job. We had it stored and it was a relief knowing how secure the lock-ups are, and very reasonably priced. Reception are friendly and give excellent service too! I recommend W Dick & Co for any storage or transport needs in or out of the Blue Mountains!
