Room was basic, clean, tidy and comfortable. Did book a room with jacuzzi though - and only told upon arrival this room was in fact NOT available and that we'd be staying in a standard room!!! Nothing as good or better was offered.... just disappointment.

Rooms were basic and comfortable, beds were good quality however cleanliness and hygiene was below average. Service at the front desk and restaurant was horrendous. Servers were rude, no sensitivity to dietary requirements and just general lack of care.
Had a great weekend. Rooms were really nice. Room service would be a plus. But otherwise, great and comfortable stay.
This motel is good for those who are travelling in their own vehicles as it's inexpensive in an area reasonably close to Blue Mountains. The first room we were allocated was not cleaned, however the manager nicely upgraded us to a bigger one after apologizing. In the next day, he kindly gave us some useful tips for our travel and printed us a map. Although this is a small inn, staying here gave us a good experience.
