We bought online and picked up a few hours later with no hassle whatsoever. Friendly, helpful staff. Will return.

Went and grabbed a new camera today and dealt with the very friendly Lauren. She was helpful and gave very kind service. Would reccomend seeing her if you need a hand!

Didnt have a good experience buying a tv, the staff member was pretty rude about having to replace it the day after I purchased it. There is also a severe lack of stock availability online for this store.

Recommend the IT staff-very helpful in making purchase and trouble shooting

Went in for a laptop charger and was offered one particular charger as it was cheaper. Took laptop but they didn't offer to try the charger in store. Find out on opening the packet that it had been returned by a previous customer. Not happy. Might sound surprising but some customer are prepared to pay more for a product that actually works.
