Disgusting and disrespectful treatment from manager Peter. After machining my brake drums for the third time in 2 years he just last week revealed to me he hasn't been doing them PROPERLY. When I displayed dissatisfaction he then tried to manhandle out of the store he then got his puppets to call police. Brakes are a safety component on a vehicle and I think I have every right to raise my concerns. In a nutshell if you hate your family members by all means get your brakes done here but if you love your family stay clear. Also Peter throws your spare parts back at you if you question him about them. After talking to other brake specialists they know about his attitude and they all say he should know better when it comes to my brake issue. His 2 puppets would also know about his attitude and they still rang the cops on me over me being concerned about my safety and that of my family, low act very UNAUSTRALIAN, fair trading will be involved.
