Nice. Average. No A/C but we only needed a bed for the night. Very clean, tidy and cosy. Recommend to anyone needing to rest their head for the night. Thank you for having us.
My friend and I, we traveled by bicycles through Australia and stay in this hotel. We've come to Lithgow at October 9th 2018 at evening and wanted to get away next morning. Next day weather was terrible and we stay one more day. Weather report for October 11th said that rain will stop after midnight. Well chief manager stay in the hotel till midnight and open garage with bicycles only for us. It's was strange to him that we will ride bikes through night on cold wind and weak rain and put in my hand scrip with his phone number and said that call him if we need it. We don't call, there was no need, but it was a beautiful and humane gesture for ordinary travelers. Many thanks to him and other members of crew in this hotel.
Terrible customer service. We paid top dollar for the "Apartment suite", the hot water burst and we were offered only a single free meal for compensation. The wait staff in the restaurant were also extremely rude
Went there for lunch. Was nice pub food, good sized serving and was out on our table fairly quickly. Specials are also really good value and they offer a different dinner special most days. Lunch special is a set menu and again is really value.
